Travel/Alliance Rules Empty Travel/Alliance Rules

Travel restrictions have now been lifted and in doing so, the below now applies;

- 30 minutes per map.
- Flight/Approved means of transportation cuts this time to 15 minutes per map.
- Courier cuts this time to 10 per map.
